Brenda Peconge

Pastor Brenda Peconge is a native of Northwestern Ohio. After seminary at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago (LSTC), she served congregations in Iowa before returning to Ohio, where she has served as a parish pastor and Board Certified Chaplain in local hospitals. Pastor Peconge has an MA in Classics, a Masters of Divinity from LSTC, and a doctorate in Bioethics from Loyola University—Chicago. She currently serves Grace Lutheran Church in Toledo, Ohio, teaches Spirituality and Healthcare Ethics at a local college, and serves as a bioethicist. Pastor Peconge and her spouse, Gail, have two adult children and two dogs and enjoy travel and bicycling.
