Session 4: Self Care

Leaders from around the country added their wisdom and shared insightful questions during the fourth Faithful Adaptation webinar, hosted on Luther Seminary’s Faith+Lead Learning Lab.

Twice a week, Faith+Lead invites you to a space where you can connect with ministry peers to discuss your needs, your challenges, your learnings–and most importantly, where God is showing up in the midst of this very real disruption.

Session 04 focused on Self Care. Therapist Mark Sundby (LeaderWise, Twin Cities, MN) offered advice on self care and resilience.

Mark Sundby presented on the reality of anxiety, stress, and grief during these ambiguous and uncertain times. Sundby shared practices that can assist us with caring for ourselves.
