On-demand courses come with a 7-day window in which you can request a refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be given.
For live events and workshops, the cost of registration includes a non-refundable processing fee of $25 per registrant for virtual events, and $50 for in-person events.
No refunds will be given after the second session of a virtual course or the second day of an in-person event.
You may transfer your registration to another party. Contact support to do so. There are no additional fees involved.
Should there be a bomb threat, terrorism, social disturbance or unrest, pandemic, structural collapse, loss of power, natural disaster: there will be no relocation, no rescheduling, no refunds or cancellations. All information concerning the details will be shared via email.
