Noni Strand is a retired pastor who served for 36 years in Central Kansas – as Pastor at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Campus Pastor at Bethany College, and Chaplaincy Manager at Salina Regional Health Center. She and her husband, Virg Augustine, retired to the Kansas City area to be closer to son Luke and her family. Her passion is Creation Care and working with the Central States Synod Lutherans Restoring Creation Mission Table, along with weaving, kayaking, walking with their dog Jersey, knitting, reading, and always learning new things.
