Session 2: Holy Week worship and ideas

Thanks to the more than 150 Faith+Leaders who participated in the second Faithful Adaptation webinar, hosted on Luther Seminary’s Faith+Lead Learning Lab.

Twice a week, Faith+Lead hosts a space where you can connect with ministry peers to discuss your needs, your challenges, your learnings–and most importantly, where God is showing up in the midst of this very real disruption.

Session 02 focused on Holy Week Worship and Ideas. Presenters Dawn Alitz (Luther Seminary) and Pastor Deb Stehlin ( Lutheran Church, Grace Lutheran Church, Apple Valley, Minnesota) shared their insights and ideas for worship during Holy Week.

Deb keyed in on points of proclamation in extraordinary circumstances, and more than 150 participants shared thoughts in chat, breakout rooms, and via a shared Google doc titled Holy Week worship and ideas. (Feel free to add your ideas to the document as you prepare for Holy Week.)

The next webinar, focused on Spiritual Care, will be Thursday, March 26 at 1 p.m. (Central). The Faithful Adaptation webinar series will continue each Tuesday and Thursday for the next several weeks.
