In this post from our archives, Elder Andy Mattick describes voluntarily sharing with congregation members about his exercise regimen and goals early in the pandemic. Mattick identifies the “returns” for himself and his congregation of consistently sharing his bike routes and how he incorporated spiritual practices along with physical ones.
