Congregational Care Certificate
Grow the understanding, compassion, and steady presence to care well for people walking through suffering.
Certificate Overview
The people in our congregations and communities carry heavy loads—mental health struggles, grief and loss, chronic illness, and the long road of addiction and recovery. Caring well for them can feel daunting, and many leaders and everyday disciples quietly worry about saying the wrong thing or simply feel unequipped. The Congregational Care Certificate gathers Faith+Lead’s “God and…” courses into a single learning path that pairs sound theology with practical, real-world skills. Across these courses, you’ll explore how God is present in suffering, set aside the urge to “fix,” and grow in the listening, compassion, and grounded presence that help both you and your community offer faithful care. You’ll finish more confident, more grounded, and better prepared to walk alongside the people God has placed in your care.
