The Most Reverend Doctor Musa Panti Filibus, Ph.D., OFR, served as the 13th President of the Lutheran World Federation from 2017 until 2023. Musa is an ordained pastor from The Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN), where he serves as Archbishop. He received his Ph.D. from Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota.
