We’re excited to share about the recent launch of a vital initiative: Faith+Lead certificates! Through the completion of 4-6 relevant asynchronous courses or workshops and a final, reflective project, participants can now earn a certificate in any of these core ministry topics:
- Faithful Innovation
- Spiritual Formation
- Rural and Small Town Ministry
- Lay Ministry (through participation in a cohort of the School for Lay Ministry)
Know, Be, Do
These structured, comprehensive learning paths follow our know/be/do framework, cultivating theoretical knowledge, personal development, and practical skills in the certificate’s given area of focus. Learners will be thoroughly equipped to lead with ease, and supplied with a downloadable certificate documenting their accomplishment.
