Faith Quenzer

Dr. Faith Quenzer is a board-certified emergency medicine physician and public health researcher working near the U.S.-Mexico border. Her clinical work has been in areas that were disproportionately affected by COVID-19 which were our Black and Hispanic communities in San Diego. Over the past several years, Faith has been building local, state, national, and international networks, non-profits, and churches, small businesses to help bring equitable and fair delivery of quality health care and medical education to the border community. Over the past few years, she has worked with the state department of public health and the county to help engage community health and surveillance of infectious diseases in the area including COVID-19. Faith has been obtaining grants and sponsorships with large multi-billion dollar corporations to help fund educational events and training future physicians and medics in the use of point-of-care ultrasound in cities along the US-Mexico border. Additionally, she has been working with local and national nonprofits and local churches to bring bystander cardiopulmonary resuscitation to vulnerable communities. She genuinely enjoys creating networks and educational events with others who genuinely care about bringing God’s kingdom through good work and will work with anyone to bring about His justice and care for people on an individual and community level.
