Kristofer Phan Coffman, Assistant Professor of New Testament at Luther Seminary. Kristofer completed his Ph.D. in Classical and Near Eastern Religions and Culture at the University of Minnesota and is the first person of Cambodian descent to receive a PhD in Biblical Studies. He’s been teaching New Testament Greek and courses on Paul at Luther since 2019, and his writing ranges from academic articles on biblical interpretation to popular pieces on food, farming, and responsible consumption.
