Erin is an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). She has worked in youth and young adult ministry, outdoor ministry, and social justice advocacy. She currently is the pastor of the multi-denominational church, the Hot Metal Bridge Faith Community in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of St. Olaf College and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (PLTS). She finds great value in good storytelling and beautiful art, and is thankful for Tim's expertise in helping her see how animation is a beautiful blend of the two. She has studied historical resistance movements, antiracism, and family systems. Her biggest parenting joy is that Griffin, their son, loves to dance to live music, and she gets to be silly and dance with him.
