Make meaningful connections in your community by showing up at the laundromat in a surprising way.

Who

This practice is for anyone in your congregation with gifts of prayer or evangelism.

Why

As Christians, we are called to be a loving presence in our community. This practice allows us to show up for our neighbors in a memorable and meaningful way in the midst of everyday life.

How

  1. Identify a laundromat in your area.
  2. Get permission to set up a table there.
  3. Offer to pay for people’s laundry and pray with and for them.
  4. Return several times over the course of a few months.
