How do we connect—genuinely, meaningfully, deeply—with people outside our church’s walls?

In a time of declining attendance and dwindling budgets, we all know the old programs aren’t working like they used to. If you’re a church leader, you may be feeling stuck and disheartened.

The good news? God is already at work in your neighborhood.

Instead of creating new programs, what if you gave yourself permission to do things a little differently—to meet your neighbors where they are, listen to their stories, and create spaces where belonging and discovery can grow?

What if meaningful connection starts with simply being present?

Join us for a transformative conversation with Dave Male, Co-Director of Vision and Strategy for the Church of England and Visiting Instructor, Luther Seminary and one of the world’s leading educators in cultivating creative forms of church that reach people in today’s changing world. Drawing from years of experience helping congregations discover fresh expressions of church, Dave will share practical wisdom for meeting people where they are—in their workplaces, neighborhoods, and everyday gathering spaces.

What you’ll gain:

Discover why your church’s financial model may need a fresh approach.
Benefit from firsthand knowledge shared by congregations already making strides in this critical work.
Gain insights on how your congregation can utilize its resources to discover its unique path to a more sustainable model for ministry.
Explore new funding strategies for congregational mission beyond tithes and offerings.

This isn’t a webinar full of quick fixes or one-size-fits-all strategies. It’s an invitation to explore new ways of living out the Gospel with our neighbors. Together, we’ll discover practices that help us move from maintaining programs to fostering authentic relationships and deeper discipleship.

Through stories and examples from real communities, we’ll learn how congregations are experimenting with new ways of being church while staying rooted in the gospel.
