Curated Resources on Leading through Divided Times

We are leading in divided times, in society and even within our congregations. Cultivating Christ-like community is a great challenge in the face of entrenched prejudices, genuine injustice, and our own wounds. How do do we preach unity without it sounding hollow? How do we acknowledge the humanity and trauma of every person, without minimizing the hurt they may cause? During this month, Faith+Lead will focus on practices, research and mindsets that make space for vulnerability and bring us back together, despite our differences.
