You'll Learn How to Shift Ministry Models

“In Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.” - Romans 12:5-6

Christ-followers are a beautiful mosaic of people, each containing their own beautiful mosaic of spiritual gifts. And we all have the power to use those valuable talents and passions to strengthen and enrich our churches or faith communities!

As traditional church models continue to shift in the direction of lay leadership, with responsibilities increasingly dispersed more evenly among lay members of the community, those members’ discovery (or rediscovery) of spiritual gifts is essential. Participants in this course will be challenged to actively build their plan for igniting and applying their spiritual gifts in their particular contexts, and will be emboldened and equipped to step up to the plate of this new, lay-powered way of “doing church.” Each of us is essential to the life and rhythms of our faith community; join us in gaining a deeper understanding of what you have to offer your church!
